Kuntal Ghosh's wife arrives at ED office after being summoned

The ED is conducting a thorough investigation to uncover the individuals responsible for the job scam and as part of it, summoned former TMC leader Kuntal Ghosh's wife Jayashree. After the summon, Jayashree arrived at the ED office. Kuntal along with Sanatanu Banerjee is already in custody.

Kuntal Ghosh, who was recently expelled from Trinamool, has been accused of accepting money in exchange for job offers. Additionally, there have been reports of some individuals accepting money but not receiving job offers. The ED is determined to uncover the full extent of corruption involved in this scheme.

According to sources, the ED hopes that Jayashree's testimony will aid in their investigation. Previously, Jayashree had spoken publicly about Tapas Mandal, claiming that he had been operating out of the same flat where Kuntal was arrested. She urged the ED to investigate Mandal's activities further.
